A few of my favorite things in North Carolina

The beautiful state of North Carolina was officially my home for two years. Today it remains a home away from home that is incredibly special to my heart. I have taken the liberty to place together a few pictures highlighting why I love this state.

Wonderful Beaches

Johnnie Mercer's Pier at Wrightsville Beach , NC

Iconic Johnnie Mercer’s Pier at Wrightsville Beach, NC, USA. I’ve never actually been on the pier, but this fantastic beach is great fun each summer. Swim or surf (in designated zones) or just take a stroll on the beach.

NC State Fair

Filming Towns Wilmington or South Port

Christmas in Wilmington

Christmas in Wilmington, NC

Christmas in Wilmington is delightful. Click here for a map detailing where the festive houses are and plan your route driving around from house to house. You can pick and choose which area of the city you’d like to cover. For extra fun, the big kids at heart can turn this into a bit of a pub crawl (providing someone is willing to be designated driver) stopping at various bars along the way for appetizers and drinks.
